Whisked Porridge Made a Bit Easier
Pink and delightful, tasty with a twist of Northern flavour
- 2 cartons Lingonberry-Cranberry Berrie
- 21 oz water (brimming)
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup semolina (brimming)
Bring Berrie and water to a boil. Season with sugar. Whisk semolina into boiling liquid and then leave to simmer for 5–10 min, stirring occasionally. Allow to cool. Beat with an electric mixer until very fluffy.
